Hatred and the use of racially derogatory speech We live in a highly amalgamated world where the things have been moving on a very fast pace. That is the idea behind having the world globalized and the bridging of gaps has brought about this massive change in the ways that we look at the world and how we may perceive it. In times like these the management has grown in its domain and the onus is on them to ensure that the things are on the right track. That is something that may sound too simple but in reality it is not so. In times like these it is imperative that the decision making is perfect. It does not matter what is our domain or what is the end target in mind or what we are dealing with because the objective is to get the job done and that can only be done by the proper management of the things. So it all boils down to how responsible we are when it comes to the decision making part and it is so important that the consequences are known or on the very least they should be an ticipated to the very last detail.
